Lying on the roof of their house, he stares up at the darken sky. Distracting himself with images of each yoga position his female had demonstrated just a few hours before. The distraction came more from the way her ass curved & back arched. The way her breast peaked over her tank when she bent forward placing her hands flat on the floor, damn.  That was the point he broke the arm of the chair he was sitting in. The cool night breeze brushed over his now heated skin, but did nothing for the overload of emotions reeling thru his body. Tonight was the biggest night of his life so far. He didn’t want to fuck up.  He sits up quickly as the wind shifts, he catches her scent, she’s  from her run. He knew she had, had a long week. A long run plus hour of yoga was what she needed. Besides it got her out of the house long enough for him to get everything done he needed to do. Listening to her feet hit the pavement they slow as she came to the front door. His heart pounds and fuck if he didn’t have Goddamn butterflies in his stomach.  Thank Fuck she didn’t have vamp hearing otherwise she would hear the fluttering of the wings along with the slamming of his heart into his chest. Never in his life has a female had this kind of effect on him, but again she wasn’t just a female. She was his Leelan. She calls out his name as she steps into the house. He doesn’t move he had to have patience with this. He knew when she went to the kitchen for a drink she would soon find the first of seven cards that he placed throughout the house along with an iPod. Each card has a few words he wrote, a song, a Letter and the location of the next card. He heard her open the fridge. A soft Hmm fall from her lips. She found the first card.

She didn’t think much of it when her Lirsha didn’t appear on her arrival home, draining a bottle of water, about to go up and change out of yoga pants she saw his…gifts. Smiling, her male was in a mood.

Molten fire dripped into her blood  so many good memories for both the stairs and song, eyes alight with his game, wondering where her baby was hiding, knowing he would be near to watch her reactions, she tucked the card away and went to find the next-

  Your ass moving in your leathers make up for the cat screech singing Lirsha love eager to find out what he was up to- I know you’re here, Qhuinn! -she yelled it to the ceiling and went through the house to the fireplace, a barrage of fur in the form of their pets following behind.

Oh her male was being evil, trying to tweak her heartstrings, only with him would she ever admit to feeling anything his card resonated with recent days and she took a moment, the song playing low, to let herself feel all the emotions he evoked in her, before moving across the room, her mind ticking over with what he was up to. Smiling reading the newly found card, one of her favourite places was in the recliner with him, her mind played with the letters, a ball of nervous fire settling into her belly.

 She checked the bathroom on this level, found nothing and jogged up stairs to their bathroom, kittens mewling that they couldn’t climb behind her. She thought about yelling for him again, forged on knowing he’d appear when he wanted to.

 Her fierce warrior had sung this song to her over the phone, she listened a moment as she read the card, heart tapping out a fast pace, eyes blurred, dammit, if he made her leak she’d kill him! She focused and saw the new cardthe iPod tossed onto their bed.

He materializes into their bedroom a few feet behind her. Never expected he’d have anything remotely close to what he had with her, to want the things that they shared.  She felt the blast of his presence, skin coming alive, heart banging against her ribs, no matter the time of distance it was forever the same, her brain had already rearranged the letters… afraid she was seeing wrong, until the song hit the chorus ‘marry me’- Baby let me.. -she was leaking and didn’t even care that she was, she wanted to turn around, to see her man, to breath him in Lirsha .

 Her breath indrawn seeing him before her, his beautiful mismatched eyes trained on her she stepped into his space, needing to touch him with a soft brush over his forehead, down his jaw smiling at him- you’ve had me chasing all over our house baby -a grin curled her lips- I think I want to hear your question love.

 The ring dazzled her, so beautiful, but it was his face she looked into, going down level with her warrior, she cupped his face brushed a kiss on his lips feeling the calm settle into her body- I was yours before I knew you, Qhuinni, I will always be yours -pausing to kiss him lightly again- I would marry you every single day for the rest of my life. lips to his she whispered her ‘yes’- I love you, my Lirsha.

  

She left me and Got I the cake…The future is looking sweet. -boyish grin licking his fingers-  @Lirshaskitten
